In terms of quality and quantities work delivered - More work is there based on current 9LPA CTC of promoted SSE atleast for me, by comparing with external hired SSE which takes 19LPA.
So, Switching to other company is good rather than getting Promoted within CGI.

Perfect place for experienced people to get settled or for longer run.
