Everywhere, it is the scholars or students which you can like in an institute. Otherwise, there is nothing to like here.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

From top management to newly appointed professors are involved in dirty politics. They are busy doing everything except science. Don't go there if you don't want to commit career suicide. This place is full of educated criminals.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
