So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? The CCIC comes under ministry of textiles like we usually do not work under pressure and daily wages and permanent staff is so friendly in nature excluding Seniors Staff. They also perform activities. Like I would say for experience and certificate go with CCIC because this certificate has its own value.

The main issue in CCIC is salary and benefits. its been two months and I still hadn't got my salary some has 6 months pending and many staff are protesting for their rights, like we have to argue with HR for our rights and yes the senior staff is not good, they won't even listen to you plus there is no growth in CCIC you will be inthe same position for 10 yrs with no increament and benefits. I would never choose CCIC as my permanent career....Read More
