Senior manager is living in Australia, she don't know what the puck is going on here. Here Team leads behave like a Chairman of the company and destroy all the projects. Hiring process is worst, contractors are more safe than FTEs. During 1 year of my journey, i suffered a lot and hurts me a lot. I kindly request you one thing, Respected HRs don't believe words saying by Team leads.

They have a very lengthy hiring process. They will hire you and run behind you for onboarding but after that you will not be assigned any work. There is no job security. At any time like in one month's time, they can terminate you with all lame excuses.

Major dislikes like no change of designation since joining, work life balance will be purely based on project and will be pathetic when you work on some client side projects. No hikes from few years the reason they're saying that only reason due to recession which is not acceptable, why because before recession also there are no hikes. No transport facility. Food items that available in cafeteria remembered of my college canteen. Even my college cafeteria is too good than this....Read More
