Lots of miscommunication and management issue specially in design department. Team leaders and managers are immature and risking the employee job while the time of layoff. No learning and only misleading context getting from managers. Whenever asking anything from manager regarding work they have no idea what's the next. Manager only telling she will ask and let me know but she never let me know.
