I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. HR / 2 of my colleagues helped me survive there.

Dislikes

Undervalued / No work appreciation. Accounts / Management won't help you to understand the working. Not a place for a designer. No increment even if you work hard.
