CCI systems employ Indian folks because they get cheaper labors, they have been firing folks in the US, and hiring more in India! Some employees are making the environment very less friendly to work with - one such example is Jay Modi - an overqualified underpaid employee who has no technical competency but a thirst for micromanagement. I have never seen such a nincompoop manager, all he does is threaten engineers under him, and extract everything from them - he makes people sit for 12+ hours and makes them work!...Read More
