Management promotes corrupt ways to carry on his business and also in dealings with the people who work for him. Lies, deceit and being untrustworthy are hallmarks. He cheats his own men. Tries to transgress and breach all laws of the land and so far has got away with it. Pays and wages are less than 50% of the minimum and standard wages. Delays in payments to workers and staff are regular. In short the company is in decay stages. Not worth joining........Read More

Dirty tricks and politics to create rift between employees are used to serve the management's interests. The workers and employees feel stifled, seemingly like fishes trying to get out of a dry pond. Trying to join this company would be like axing one's own feet even after knowing the cons..
