It was a great experience working in a start up, caterninja is a great business model. Working along with other people from other states & working close to the CEO it self was a great experience, understanding people as well, the usual get-togethers and hangouts were fun as well along with a little freedom

Dislikes

Apart from being a great company overall, there were still some cheap politics going on in the company, maybe the CEO's knew about it maybe they did not or maybe chances they were involved in it too, who knows. Also as being a start up they don't provide PF & all, you have the salary & reimbursement, a general mediclaim and that's all... I felt that there was also some partiality & favouritism to some extent and ofc not to mention some troublesome people who could end up the companies long run within a few months if the company were to be given in their hands...Read More

The management is pathetic. They will motivate you with fake promises by letting you know you are in a core team and will be provided with some company shares, which is all bogus. There is no respect for employees. There is no increment. 15 people have absconded in a single financial year which is alarming. The pay is very less. If you have 10 years of experience you will not get more than 40k. It is not running by people who are actually making effort it is run by a highly un experienced co-founder based in bangalore. And they will treat you like they own you. No good environment for employees. There is no off on Sundays as well....Read More
