You can easily manage work life balance and for a fresher this company is very good that you can learn a lot of things. Your team member and supporters will always be with you to make you understand the process.

1) Dirty organisational politics. And toxic environment at workplace. 2) Sycophancy is on pick as always. 3) You will be judged every moment on the floor even your washroom time is to be counted. 4) There is one men driven company. 5) There is no promotional increment. 6) There is no bonus/incentive at all. 7) You do feel insecure every movement. 8) All process will be in Swedish language so you face a lot of problems to understand the document so you need to use translater every movement....Read More
