Don't ask money and we won't give a salary to employees and don't ask material 😉 don't ask tool . We give once 10year. That are I like it

Don't ask salary and don't ask help from company. Work life Is full load day and night continue need to do for company but company won't pay even singel Tea and even they won't pay OT 🙃 . Totally company good growth but lag of empower by owner. Don't ask salary before and after covid . Don't ask salary . Even we take money from u like secure deposit and Diwali bonus 🤪 .in this company they take our money they give a Diwali bonus ....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
