This company has been great at honing up employee skills with support from all the staffs as well as the directors. Upper management is quite considerate of their employees' needs and the work environment is top notch.

It's a relatively new firm, hence there are a few shortcomings, like a lack of procedures in some fields and shortages of workforce, which are being tackled currently.
