There are many things first boss don't have knowledge about how to manage managers, there is no SOP in company, in contract he will write if you leave job so he will deduct 2500 bond amount but when actually you want to leave he will take your 3 month salary also, and in bond amount he will not mention about shrinkage percentage butwhen you will join he will start deducting your shrinkage money that too 50k atlist, food money he will mention 100k but in that you have to manage your mob recharge sometime driver will not come so pay for uber, and at per Nigeria recession 100k is not enough.....3rd if you will not pay your salary as shrinkage to him so he will not give you passport, and he will take pressure you so much that he will take sign on blank paper so that we cannot take legal action on him...Read More
