There is nothing about liking career prof, I feel like working there is a full of time waste and waste of efforts of going to that company.

Dislikes

There are N no of things which are dislikes about the company. No work culture is there, your boss doesn't respect you, always abuse to the employees of the company and the best thing they give you your salary minimum 2 months late and when you ask why is it so then they don't have any answer for that.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
