I didn't know much about Capital Numbers before I joined. But the work culture they provide, open and transparent, allow you to learn, evolve and be better. You are always appreciated for a good work done. HRs are extremely friendly, as well as, the higher management is easily reachable. If you are serious and dedicated, extra opportunities are provided to you with added monitory benefits. Appraisal cycles are once a year, in October usually. It is quite at par with industry standard. People are always there to help. No doubt they are growing so fast. Time is very flexible, you can work anytime from anywhere in the country. Complete front end development and planning. On client payroll for multiple projects. All front end interviews and preparing questions for question pool. Mentoring junior developers and doing client communication.

Now I am completing three years in Capital numbers. Till now my journey with CN is very fruitful. We are getting time to time feedback and get rewarded as performance based bonus. Work life balance is good. With prior intimation you can adjust the shift timings. Hybrid work culture. HR's are very helpful. They quickly addresses employee issues. The company culture is very supportive and promotes growth for example the Company CEO Mr Mukul Gupta encouraging it to use AI, ChatGPT tools to stay up to date with current technology trends. Or our project managers always being supportive when we ask to learn new tech stacks. I am very happy to be working at capital numbers infotech, I liked the most is the work life balance, work culture, management. Their team member consistently demonstrated a high level of technical proficiency and very co-operate. Overall a very good experience so far.

Dislikes

1. They should provide opportunities who wants to upgrade their skills and assign them projects. 2. Salary increment is not good as I expected. This helps developer like us who give their 100%. According to me Except these there is no any dislikes.

It's not a dislike, but I think the appraisal could be a little better. It is good but could be improved a little bit. Also, another thing that comes to mind, it would be better if we could get opportunity to work in technologies other than the one, we are working with. It's just an addition, not a dislike.
