Company is wannabe infosys. Not much growth after 2-3 years and very less perks at junior level but if you are at senior level you get a lot of benefits. Funtions, outbounds are very good. Food given in cafeteria is not that good and bbsr office location is split into two locations. Gothapatna location is very outskirts but connectivity is not an issue.

Dislikes

Don’t like the approach towards projects. It is very money oriented. They commit with very tight deadline and the developers have to suffer. Management is not that good, resource allocation to projects is not done properly. People already having projects are pulled into other projects increasing their load but there are other peoplewho are sitting on bench. Very basic level work happens here and not much to learn. Testing team is horrible as they do manual testing and no body does automated testing here. Company does not give any udemy coursera access . Transfer within locations is very hard to do. Inhand is very less for the package offered and interns have to do free work as well. Also last year they mad the interns work for 6 months and only then they got their salary....Read More

My experience working at this company was disappointing and frustrating. The work culture was toxic and unprofessional. Employees' personal lives were judged, and there was a complete lack of job security. Even experienced professionals with 5+ years of service could be terminated without any valid reason or warning. There is nothing as such to like. They will treat employees as daily wage workers. No hike nothing. Just giving CTC numbers but in hand is pennies. 6 LPA - 34k inhand 7 LPA - 38k inhand 8 LPA - 43k inhand

Dislikes

Directors are worst. Do not know how to behave with employees. They treat employees really bad. Even call at late night while its raining cats and dogs to come office for work.

The company helps you choose your own path , the managers try to take your aspirations into account while allocating a project . You have liberty to choose your tech stack.

Dislikes

No set HR policies , the attrition rate is quite high due to the policies . They are a bit stingy in rolling out variable pay.

Food is provided. Even though there is a timing, you can maintain a certain level of flexibility. There aren't ridiculous dress codes such as compulsory kurti or no jeans are being allowed to wear.

The hiring process was such that the CTC is 7.25 LPA. This was mentioned everywhere in pre placement talk as well. They say they will provide 25k during internship. Then in December, a month prior to internship, they gave us to choose the mode of internship whether offline and online. And after this, the game of deception starts. Then they say, if you do online internship you don't get internship stipend. So many freshers change their mode of internship. Then they say the internship is unpaid but once you are converted as a full time employee, you will receive an internship bonus of 25k for 6 months. Towards the end of the completion of internship, a week prior to the conversion of full time, they drop the bomb. The training period is extended to three months where you will be paid 20k and after that based on performance we will convert you as a FTE. Meanwhile, they involve you in all sorts of client projects and get their work done for free from us unpaid labourers. So the training period continues and after 3 months, we are converted to full time employees in October even though we have been in the organisation from January. But here's the catch. There is a probation of six months. And after six months, you will have an assessment based on which again some will be terminated from the organisation. So it doesn't matter how good you work, only assessments matter which aren't relevant after handling industrial projects for more than a year. Now they have introduced bench policy. You have to go around beg for work and they will make you revolve in a loop. You will be doing work without any allocation as well. And they can only provide work for the projects with the tech stack they have at present. If you are from Bhubaneswar and the tech stack which you work on has no projects in Bhubaneswar but there are in Bangalore, they will change your profile.
