Good seniors and good learning curve, Architects also good and friendly ,one of them close to me is Amit Kumar and such a good person he is . He literally explains every single points in the problem Statement and ask us to solve the problems by ourselves . This is my first job and I got good senior persons and healthy learning in my initial phase. Good 👍

Dislikes

The in hand salary is very low they give 34k in hand for 6LPA which is honestly a joke. We are expected to work on weekends as well, absolutely no work life balance. It is mandatory to be in office for 9 hours everyday even if your work is done. Doing good work here is rewarded with just more work. They won’t give variable pay on time and decrease it every year.
