Everything. Lots of micro management. 1. One who spent 3 years or more can take wfh as their wish. Nonsense 2. Manager can call you at Sunday sutarday , mid night, 25th December,1st January. 3. They don't know about the requirements how to proceed with the requirements. 4. They just have word of mouths that you have to implement in their product. 5. Dislikes

1. There is nothing called work life balance here, you will be asked to work even when you are sick. 2. there is no proper project management as the sales team decides to complete the project in 1 month, which originally should take atleast 3 months, and in the end the developer will be questioned. 3. You will be asked to work even on saturdays and sundays, or even holidays. 4. The working hours are really strict, you are bound to stay in the office for 9 hours. 5. Their policies can change at any time, interns were asked to come to office for 6 months unpaid, otherwise their internship would be of 9 months. For those who came to office and stayed and worked even on Saturdays and Sundays, it was worse. After 6 months, they suddenly decided to extend the internship period by another 3 months. And in between every 14 days there would be an assignment and threats that whoever doesnt clear would be fired. After extending the 3 months trainee period also, there was 6 months more of the probation period. After which again there was an assignment and threat to be fired. 6. they keep saying that they dont have many projects,but on the other hand they keep on hiring new candidates each day....Read More
