My personal experience has been really poor with all departments of capita. I've harldy met someone who is efficient, professional & focused in their job profile.
Recruitment team took 2 months to confirm if vacancy is there or not after clearing out all inteview rounds. I wasn't given offer letter (no salary)
Trainer was a new one just transferred from another process. 6 days training & I have to say, the training given at capita was the most poor one. 15 months in this company but I still dnt know many basic things which could've been easily covered under base training.
HR are usually the most polite speaking people in a company but here, they talk or address an issue by giving out vague or unprofessional examples.
Crowd is not friendly like you get in Teleperformance or Wipro.
Quality team speaks poor english in meetings which leads to more confusion in process or updates. Audits are not done on a fixed list of updates. There's a possibility you get fatal audit for a case but for a similar audit case you might've got an Awesome earlier....Read More
Capita is good at innovation and adopts the same really quickly. I am proud to work in Capita which provides high quality customer and operational service support globally. The employee re-hire policy is good.
Dislikes
Capita should give hike along with the other market not after doing a market research. There has always been hikes done after the payscales in the market has gone much ahead.

My overall experience with capita was very nice I have made several good friends, My Team Manager was very supportive
I must say that Capita is a very good company for a fresher and you will get best pay in comparison to other companies. The environment is very good in term of safety no matter you do nite or day shift. This is the best platform to start your Carrier.
Dislikes
Although Capita is good for fresher but if you are looking for long term grouth then you need to switch as there is no such option also it depends on the which process you are in..also there is no proper incentive and rewards for the good performance..if they have that is very less or low in comparison to other companies.

I was working as a custome care executive..I took chats then moved to email and finally working as an investigation team with voice team where I need to call the couriers and investigate about the missing parcels...but latter on the calling part was close
