It was good to work with Capita. The work environment was good. Our team managers was excellent as they were co-operative.
Dislikes
The food and medical facility was no so good.
Work Details
I was senior executive. We use to work with UK based courier process. Where we use to handle customer queries related to parcel tracking and website issues via emails and chats.

Unsatisfied to work with capita, not getting deserve salary and also not have a appreciation and awards for hard work , no proper bonus and increment, over all no value for Backoffice employee's in the company, no growth and also they have not given suitable job profile/role for backend/back office employees.
Work Details
We are working under STW Process , UK based water supply company, AND we are maintaining accounts of the customer and also solving the queries of the customer regarding payment plans and billings, SAP Maintenance, sending letters and e mails to customer.
