It's a 90's style company people stay here for years together within their comfort zone.

Dislikes

It's a company run by very few individuals with 90's style perception. People who want growth and learning are not welcome. They call themselves MNC but they refuse to change. No tangible benefits are available even basic mediclaim is designed in such a way to benefit the mediclaim company. There are salary deductions for every other reason which you may not have heard of. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high.
