No words. If My project would treat employees well we would definitely appreciate it. Only thing i like is that the hike i got after my first year, but rest all cried who were Seniors for getting zero Percent hike. My project RBC Falcon was godamn strict

Igate is my first company and I started my career working in this company, I always thankful to igate company, and to some managers and colleagues. Overall its a good experience working in igate.

The work pressure is high and I have to work in general shift but I worked almost morning to night, and some managers don't give respect to employees and their work,team leaders are like they don't have proper knowledge on the project and so we don't get help from them on time.
