Worst company to begin your career. I was working at Bangalore Whitefield location and worked on project for client Meijer. Disheartening management, on-site fellows like Parijat Kumar, Atul Tyagi from Capgemini at Meijer client location in Grand Rapids Michigan were misleading the client with false automation statistics and when pointed out on facts, they created ruckus internally. I had performed outstanding and created all working PoCs for the clients from scratch (even automated use cases related to mainframe systems , mobile automation on android and iOS). But sadly I was only experiencing imbecile politics within this team due to weak offshore management and what I witnessed is the cruel reality of mutual deception and how they fooled Meijer business throughout. I had no option but to leave the company even after getting amazing appraisal, in order to save my career and learning curves based on my aspirations. Never ever join Capgemini Bangalore if you really aspire to learn and grow your career. Few people I’m naming here that needs to be seriously checked/reviewed for their technical/managerial understanding of the process : Sonali Akhave ( Director Mumbai) Parijat Kumar ( Capgemini Manager at client location Meijer, Grand Rapids Michigan) Atul Kumar Tyagi ( Automation Lead at client location Meijer, Grand Rapids Michigan). I urge the eminent leaders of Capgemini India to please review these above guys work and also have a check on why so many good employee had left since late 2018 and initial months of 2019, all due to the sad politics of these impostors....Read More
