There is no negetive feedback about Capgemini. Maximum peoples saying Capgemini is a best company to build your career. I'm also sure that here in Capgemini your work life balance is good. All Capgemini employees will support you. All are having helping nature. Capgemini management is awesome.

In my thoughts there is no negetive point of Capgemini but my colleagues are saying that hike is very less.

Since my day1 is in Wells Fargo client location, I can't give more reviews on Capgemini but can share wells Fargo review if required.

Dislikes

They should provide more briefing on Capgemini company since we are not going to company from Day 1 as we are going to work at client location. They need to brief HR policy and company employee benefits.
