Nothing.it is waste company.

Dislikes

Worst management.All are dummy Managers.I would rate management is technically zero.No projects in the company.Managers don't know how to evaluate.Especially there is one manager DEEPAK MALHOTRA.HE IS ONE IDIOT.RECKLESS GUY.

Work Details

There's no work at all.It is a stupid company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
