The management was highly unprofessional and lacked transparency. Managers seemed disorganized, often assigning projects that were entirely outside the skill set or area of expertise. The company’s job security is another significant issue. You can put under a PIP without clear justification.

Hybrid Work Culture 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

I don't like anything abt the organisation

I have been working here for the past 2 years now and they haven't given any appraisal everytime they'd tell there's a change in the policy. I have received multiple appreciation from Airbus India side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.

They will not give the option to select in which area we are interested in and they will not change the location and if the project is not liked by the employee as the project is not upskilling for employee he need to stay in that project itself their is no chance to change the project
