The Work life balance is good.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management is not good, Work ethics are not followed well, Very poor team work, Team Lead is lacking skills and nothing new to learn from TL. The salary is very poor as compared to market and hikes are like 500, 700 per year, so in simple words NO HIKE is provided.

You have to do all the things as per company needs no matter what is your past experience. They will put you in any department as per projects availability.
