Earlier, it was a family culture. Now everything is changed

1. No job satisfaction 2. No work life balance 3. Always VC. There is no specific time for job. 4. Humiliation by higher authorities 5. High ROI in various loan products. We r competing with lesser rate providing banks 6. There ia no proper training 7.No support from Circle office and HO. Only firing. No hand holding. 8. .No humanitarian consideration .regarding transfers. Everybody was disturbed. No consideration wrt health, small children, aged parents, Autism children, kidney patients etc 9. Fixing staff accountability for small things. No support from higher authorities. Unwanted pressure for doing loan proposals . no motivation from any where. No confidence in taking decisions. Though it's a PSU, the work culture resembles a Private Company. I mean the advantages of being in a PSU and the work culture in private sector.

No work life balance. The Officers Association which is to remedy this pattern, is hand in glove with the Administration, with some office bearers reaping the benefits of comfortable posting.

Transfers are almost every 2 year and that too pan India. Work culture is toxic. No work life balance. No respect for seniority. It's suffocating. Frequent transfers are loose-loose situation for Employees, customers (No connect with staff) and Bank( Heavy overhead transfer expenses)
