Nothing to like about. Bank culture is going to new lows. New MD is doing every possible thing to ruin this bank. Such a toxic environment. Worst ever....

Work culture, timings, politics in bank, no one is willing to take responsibility. Least support from management. Frequent VCs, Google meet and numerous calls from Controlling office. They won't let you work and keep on taking update from you.

Uneducated and mannerless bosses who are always trying to suppress you. If you are someone who takes a stand and speak against ill-practices or injustice, they target you and make sure they make your life hell. They’re only interested in selling their below-average insurance products because of the gifts, kickbacks and free trips they get after fooling customers. Immensely and shamelessly pressurise branch heads to sell these unethical policies to unassuming customers. Free speech and suggestions aren’t welcome here. Only the spineless and people in backend roles can survive the toxicity. The executives are still carrying on the colonial legacy and expect you to bow your head and stand in a subservient manner in their presence and not utter a word. The AGMs, Gms, DGMs and EDs should be given soft skills training and also be trained about how to behave like dignified human beings....Read More
