Waste of time, skill & strength.

Dislikes

The teammates at Cactus are no way helpful. A team works as an overall strength but here it is likewise. The company is least interested in providing training to the employees as they believe that employees know everything. There is least guidance given. There is no job security. They can fire you anytime and post you anywhere anytime stripping you off your designation. From high to low. The career growth is nil. Politics is at the peak. The Keralites are dominating and the company is at the disposal of the politics played by them. They create a wrong image about the employees to the higher mgmt<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.There is no salary appraisal</mark>. Stingy company. Overall it is all 0. They play with the careers of the employees and spoil their careers. When I say Stingy it clearly mentions everything....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
