We understand the disappointment of salary revision not meeting your expectations. 80+ bytemates were due for a revision this October and significant majority is quite happy with the appraisal process. Your assumption is wrong though and feedback shared by managers and peers is absolutely considered. There are other factors like market benchmarking, peer salary parity, the performance in the previous year and company's designated salary bracket for a given experience & skill etc. We strongly encourage you to speak to the People Function and if needed to manager to get better clarity & alignment.
