Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Byteridge specializes in delivering cutting-edge solutions in software development, and we are now looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition- Senior Executive to join our HR team and help us scale further.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in closing roles for technologies such as Java, Node.js, .Net, Angular, React.js, Full Stack Developers, Backend Developers, Flutter, Android, iOS, and more.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external teams to meet recruitment targets.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment, leveraging innovative hiring methods and tactics to meet organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for Byteridge.
• Assess a high volume of candidate applications daily, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants' abilities and fit for the role.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, gaining insight into their expertise and aligning them with suitable roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to team leads and stakeholders about the hiring process.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment targets, including a minimum of 2 successful hires per month.
• Provide recruitment analytics and data-driven insights to the team lead when required.
• Adapt to shifting business demands, which may include switching focus areas or reprioritizing openings

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree (specialization in Human Resources preferred).
• MBA in Human Resources is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
