Recruitment Process Management:
Oversee the complete recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and posting openings to candidate screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
Sourcing Candidates:
Leverage multiple sourcing strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial phone screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Ensure all candidates meet the minimum job requirements.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, set expectations for the hiring process, and develop specific recruitment strategies for each open role.
Candidate Experience:
Provide a positive, transparent, and consistent experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain open lines of communication, set clear expectations, and ensure timely feedback.
Offer Management:
Extend offers to candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and assist in the onboarding process. Ensure a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to employee integration.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire, and candidate quality. Utilize data to refine recruitment strategies and improve overall hiring outcomes.
