Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth & Business Development:
a. Lead revenue growth initiatives across multiple business verticals.
b. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product offerings to drive incremental revenue.
c. Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
d. Responsible for revenue planning, considering existing levers and identification of new levers to unlock growth
e. Own data and analytics for the organization and share actionable insights to drive growth
2. Stakeholder Management:
a. Serve as the liaison between the leadership team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
b. Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and clients.
c. Represent the leadership team in key meetings and business negotiations.
3. Operational Efficiency:
a. Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
b. Monitor key performance metrics and drive accountability across teams.
c. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize business operations.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
a. Oversee the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.
b. Prepare regular reports and presentations for the leadership team, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
5. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
a. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
b. Utilize insights to inform growth strategies and ensure the business remains competitive.
