Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing multiple recruitment channels, and maintaining compliance with hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and maintain ATS records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
