Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in Content Hiring to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier content creators, writers, editors, and other content-related professionals who align with our organizations needs and culture. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that we attract, assess, and hire highly skilled content professionals who can contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Recruiting: Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates for various content roles, including content writers, copywriters, editors, content managers, and strategists.
  • Job Postings: Develop and post engaging job descriptions for content roles across relevant job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and portfolios, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and streamline the hiring process.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential content candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Branding and Networking: Represent the company’s employer brand in the content industry through networking, content creation, and participating in job fairs and industry events.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices in content creation to effectively assess candidates.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Manage candidate offer negotiations, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, specifically focused on content hiring or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with content creation platforms and the content hiring landscape.
