Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment,

dashboard reporting, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic

thinking, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding candidates.

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and role requirements.

2. Dashboard Management:

• Create, maintain, and optimize recruitment dashboards to track KPIs and metrics (e.g., time-

to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).

• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and improve recruitment performance.
• Present dashboard findings to stakeholders during regular meetings and decision-making

discussions.

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and leadership teams,

to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

• Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external

partners.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and strategies to all relevant

stakeholders.

4. Process Optimization:

• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement tools and technologies to enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.

5. Employer Branding:

• Promote the organization's brand through various recruitment channels, including social media and networking events.
• Develop materials and campaigns to showcase the companys culture and values.
