Job Description: Consultant Talent Acquisition based in Mumbai
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PG in any stream
Job Responsibilities:
Research and Mapping:
• Conduct extensive research on companies, competitors, the talent landscape, and
benchmarking.
• Map candidates according to the role and specifications provided by clients.
Search and Selection:
• Understand the recruitment process and candidate selection methods with strict
adherence to client requirements.
• Support senior consultants by sourcing candidates for various roles and clients,
ranging from mid-senior to senior roles across multiple industries.
• Track and source prospective candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn,
Naukri, Monster, referrals, and headhunting.
• Conduct and schedule initial interviews to assess candidates' competence and cultural
fit before presenting them to the client.
• Present updated profiles of shortlisted candidates to seniors, including a summary
sheet and an assessment sheet for top-level roles.
• Manage multiple searches efficiently to meet timelines and support candidates until
their joining date.
• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates, both virtual and face-to-face.
• Follow up with clients to facilitate smooth hiring, obtain feedback on resumes, and
refine the search as needed.
Post Selection:
• Conduct background checks and discrete reference checks for selected candidates.
• Perform personality tests and medical evaluations as required.
• Assist in salary negotiations for selected candidates if needed and facilitate the
negotiation process through to completion.
• Maintain a pipeline of interested candidates as backups in case the preferred candidate
withdraws.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates until their joining date.
Other Skills:

• Proficiency in client relationship management and multi-tasking.
• Proactive with a keen eye for detail.
• Passionate about talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
