ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do
- Design Innovative Talent Acquisition Programs: Lead the design and development of cutting-edge talent acquisition programs across various categories (e.g., talent segment, function, geography, hiring condition) to address PepsiCo's evolving talent needs.
- Champion Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies to deeply understand user needs, challenge assumptions, and generate creative solutions that enhance the candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience.
- Conduct Comprehensive Research & Benchmarking: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting thorough research and benchmarking to identify best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches in talent acquisition program and solution design.
- Partner with Talent Strategy Leads: Collaborate closely with Global TA Strategy Leads to provide support on business case analysis, strategic inquiries, program proposals, and executive presentations.
- Develop Compelling Narratives: Craft compelling narratives, executive decks, and program framework proposals that effectively communicate the value and impact of new initiatives.
- Monitor Talent Trends & Drive Innovation: Continuously monitor emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Proactively identify opportunities to further enhance and optimize our strategic TA roadmap.
- Contribute to Global TA Capability Building: Support the Global TA Development & Engagement Lead in designing capability-building programs as part of a strategic learning curriculum for the TA organization.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with stakeholders across different business and corporate functions to ensure program design meets PepsiCo requirements and aligns with internal policies.
- Partner for Seamless Execution: Partner with the Global TA Process team for smooth program development and activation

QualificationsWhat Youll Need to Succeed
- Talent Program Expertise: 14+ years of progressive experience in the Talent Acquisition function, with 3+ years specifically designing and developing cutting-edge, innovative talent programs at a global or enterprise level. Experience on a Global TA CoE Team in a progressive, high-pace organization is highly valuable.
- Design Thinking & Innovation: Demonstrated experience applying design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles to create innovative talent solutions.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create reports to inform program design and evaluation. Ability to think strategically, develop long-term plans, and connect seemingly disparate information to develop innovative solutions.
- Project Management & Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and track progress against key metrics. Experience with complex project management is a plus.
- Communication, Influence & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to develop compelling narratives, executive presentations, and program proposals. Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence senior leadership, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Business Acumen & Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong understanding of business principles, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment of program design with business goals. Demonstrates sound judgment and a data-driven approach to evaluating project proposals and making recommendations.
- Global Mindset & Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.
- Fluency in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
