Regional HR (Individual role, Broking industry background)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support talent acquisition efforts in the region, working closely with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is sourced and hired
• Partner with business leaders and other verticals across the Eastern region to drive HR initiatives
• Drive employee engagement programs to support a motivated and positively connected environment
• Support the creation of an inclusive and diverse work culture
• Implement HR policies and programs, ensuring consistent application and adherence.
• Provide regular HR reports.

Skill & Knowledge:

• A Masters degree or HR certification with graduation is preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels of the organization
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the regional market
