About the role: Qrata is looking to hire a talent associate who should be motivated and can help with building teams for top-funded companies globally. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, strong communicator with a knack for engaging experienced professionals.

Responsibilities: •

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing, screening of profiles, scheduling of interviews).

• Responsible for understanding and analyzing the requirements in different technical skill set categories.
• Creative sourcing methods include Linked-In, internal database, referrals, head-hunting, and networking.
• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Willing to adopt innovate ways of hiring and providing a rich customer experience

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• An interest in helping others and a passion for matching the right candidates with the right opportunities.
