Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidates with 1 year in Recruitment from FMCG Industry would be preferred

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for various roles within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with company goals and culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Recruitment & Sourcing:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering roles to candidates.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
    • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, and ensure candidates are fully informed throughout the process.
  2. Job Advertising & Employer Branding:
    • Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
    • Partner with the marketing team to promote the companys employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance by maintaining clear and consistent communication.
    • Provide feedback to candidates, both successful and unsuccessful, in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
    • Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, compensation benchmarks, and market trends.
    • Assist in crafting job descriptions and offer letters, ensuring they align with company standards and policies.
  5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire.
    • Use data to assess and optimize recruiting strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency.
  6. Onboarding & Documentation:
    • Assist in preparing and managing new hire paperwork and employment contracts.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: A bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources and recruitment in FMCG Industry
