Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for technology and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and set hiring strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions, ensuring readiness for future business needs.

Technology and Business Hiring Expertise

  • Specialize in sourcing and hiring for technology roles (e.g., developers, data scientists, DevOps engineers) and business roles (e.g., sales, marketing, finance).
  • Leverage deep market insights to identify talent trends in technology and business domains.
  • Conduct competency-based assessments to ensure the selection of candidates who align with organizational goals.

Innovative Sourcing and Employer Branding

  • Use advanced sourcing techniques, including social recruiting, talent mapping, and networking events, to identify high-caliber candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the companys employer brand and attract top talent.

Data-Driven Recruitment

  • Track and analyze key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire) to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine hiring strategies based on data and feedback.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with HR, technology, and business teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies, platforms, and academic institutions to expand talent reach.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology and business hiring.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Monster).
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social recruiting, and talent mapping.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics tools and recruitment reporting.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive, innovative, and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
