Job Description

1Job Summary.


As an Executive in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, focusing on attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute the end-to-end recruitment process. Your role will involve leveraging various sourcing methods, conducting interviews, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


2.Roles & Responsibilities.


  1. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and talent needs.
  2. Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and talent databases, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  3. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  5. Interviewing: Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for roles, assess their technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
  6. Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments, tests, and exercises as needed to evaluate candidates' competencies and suitability for specific roles.
  7. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  8. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms and conditions, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
  9. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  10. Metrics Tracking: Track and analyse recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction, to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

3.Qualifications.

  1. Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications in HR are a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition (Non IT) or recruitment roles, with demonstrated success in sourcing and acquiring top talent.
  3. Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools and technologies.
  4. Interviewing Skills: Proficiency in behavioural interviewing techniques, with the ability to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  6. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  8. Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions.
  9. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in candidate assessment, documentation, and compliance with recruitment processes and regulations.
  10. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and business needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
