Admin Executive - DGR Training

Role & responsibilities

• To update and maintain DGR training records (attendance, feedback, exam result etc) on Training Management System and upkeep the hard and soft copies and maintain files for submission/audit purpose.
• To generate Training reports in order to track and monitor pendency and completion rate
• To liaise with internal stake holders for training nomination, pendency and finalization of training schedule.
• Printing of training related documents to facilitate and commence the training session.
• To liaise with external DGR training academies to plan nominations, meet documents requirements and perform follow up activities.
• Required to travel to DGCA office for submission of training admin activities.
• To prepare and publish monthly training calendar and co-ordinate for logistic requirements.
• To ensure all required training aids, DGR manuals, stationary, Handouts etc are well available at respective stations.
• To ensure certificates are printed, dispatched and maintained.
• To liaise with Admin, IT, Technical departments for the maintenance of training centers at various stations.
• To track the DGR Training addendums, significant changes etc and ensure to upload or create awareness of the same through LMS or other available channels.
• Development and maintenance of online solutions as required.
• To create MIS report and other necessary reports as required by the DGCA and Celebi Management.
• Any other task assigned by the Chief Instructor

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be a university graduate.
• Preferred Two years of work experience.
• Good Communication Skills Written & Verbal as required for the role.
• Thorough Knowledge of MS documents (Word,Excel , Power Point etc)
• Good knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
• Needs to be well versed with MS Excel (Pivot Table, Charts, Analysis, Dashboard, Formulas etc.) and online solutions.
