Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Asset Inventory Executive to manage and maintain our IT asset inventory across PAN India. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate records, monitor inventory, and provide timely MIS reports to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Asset Inventory Management
• Prepare and maintain an IT assets inventory dashboard for PAN India.
• Validate inventory records and ensure accurate updates.
• Track and monitor IT assets using an online tracker.
• Maintain records for inward, outward, repaired, non-working, and scrap assets.
2. MIS Reporting & Data Management
• Generate and maintain reports for IT assets, including stock levels, asset requirements, and replacements.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for advanced data tracking (H & V-Lookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
• Regularly update IT asset data in the ITDB, including user details and ticket statuses.
3. Asset Tracking & Maintenance
• Dispatch assets to regional locations and track movement.
• Create asset tags for new and existing assets.
• Segregate working, non-working, and scrap assets, ensuring proper documentation.
• Conduct monthly Physical Asset Verification (PAV) for store assets.
4. Operational Support
• Respond promptly to calls, tickets, and emails related to asset requests or issues.
• Follow the IT Escalation Matrix for unresolved issues.
• Manage procurement requests (PR Creation) and maintain related trackers.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with expertise in formulas, H & V-Lookup, and data management.
• Basic Understanding of IT Asset Management practices.
• Excellent database management, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Effective organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Other Requirements:

• Ensure timely closure of tasks and tickets.
• Provide regular reports on asset status and usage.
• Maintain inventory data and ensure compliance with IT policies.
