Recruitment Coordinator & MIS Specialist (Contractual)

Role Purpose:

This plays a pivotal role in supporting the talent acquisition process and ensuring efficient management of recruitment data and reporting. This hybrid role combines coordination of recruitment activities with expertise in maintaining and analyzing data to provide actionable insights for the hiring team.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

1.Serve as a central point of contact to support job postings and applicant tracking using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other platforms ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.

2. Assist in onboarding processes and related documentation for new hires.

3. Manage and maintain recruitment dashboards, ensuring real-time visibility of hiring progress, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

What Matters in the Role:

Experience & Portfolio

1. 2+ years of experience into MIS management

2. Experience with recruitment tools (e.g., ATS), reporting software (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI), and database management systems

Technical Skills & Efficiency

1. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with good communication skills

2. Technical proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
