Mis Analyst

Role & responsibilities

MIS Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyze trends and insights to support decision-making.

Data Management:

• Consolidate, validate, and clean data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Tools and Automation:

• Develop macros, scripts, and tools to automate recurring tasks and reports.
• Enhance the efficiency of data processing and reporting workflows.
• Interpret data to identify business opportunities and risks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Ccommerce or equivalent. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Spreadsheet, SQL (advantage)
• Experience in creating and managing complex data and dashboards.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the ERP Netsuite System
• Advanced knowledge of VBA, macros, and scripting for automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
