Job Description
- Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile coaching role, with a strong understanding of Scrum frameworks and agile practices.
- Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications. Additional certifications in Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, PMP-Agile) are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban boards, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
