Job Description
o Required to manage scrum ceremonies for two or more agile teams. Strong Agile fundamentals with technical acumen required.
o Drives alignment with POs, Engineers and leaders.
o Communication with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery - including signoffs
o Steers technical program conversations (e.g., relating to architectural approach and system design) and articulates solutions; co-develops and documents solution
o Follows and instills documentation best practices to ensure designs meet requirements
o Develops documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance and development of technical and regulatory solutions
o Document all Tech Debt/Health features to be delivered in the upcoming timebox in JIRA (rotation basis each PI)
o Finalize commitments, sprint plans with Tech teams from a tech perspective
o PI Readiness (take features through the PI readiness criteria to assess the completeness of the features from a tech perspective)
o Risk and Issues identification and management plan
o Dependencies identification and management
o Milestones set-up and Release plan management
o Understands tech stack to help plan and progress work
